This gorgeous country home is fully landscaped and set on more than 3.5 acres with a wooded back yard. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood from either the front or back porches with lots of seating on both. Abundant wildlife entertains guests. Fire pit with seating area around. Recently added 19 ft MasterSpa SwimSpa is heated in both spa and swim unit. Home has floor to ceiling windows in main living area overlooking covered back porch and woods. Gas log fireplace is cozy on cool season nights or early mornings. Two bedrooms, one bath, and living area upstairs. Three bedrooms, two baths and one half bath downstairs. Two large dining areas and updated large kitchen with serving and prep island. Whole house standby generator in event of power outage. Come enjoy the warmth and charm of this country estate. Only one hour east of downtown Dallas off I-20 and 40 minutes west of Tyler in beautiful East Texas wooded country! Minutes to Canton's famous First Monday Trade Days and a variety of restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Bookings available First Monday Trade Days Weekends in Canton and other times of the month as well. There is a 3 night minimum stay.

Summary: I stayed here with a group of ladies for Canton First Monday Trade Days. It was an excellent property! The property was extremely clean, had everything you could need, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive! There are lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which make an excellent place for a group. We really enjoyed the hot tub each evening after a long day of shopping!
